Care Coordinator – Tri-Cities, WA
This position provides care coordination services to eligible individuals and their families.  Works with individuals and their families to assist them in successful discharge from the hospital.  Works to support their continued health improvement to facilitate a reduction in utilization of emergency services and decrease the recurrence of additional hospitalizations. Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a client advocate with other service providers. Housing Rehab Tech – Colville, WA
This position performs carpentry-related duties including installation of attic/wall insulation, venting, doors, windows, kitchen/bath fixtures and solid fuel appliances.  Wraps water heaters/pipes, installs exhaust fans, drywall, roofing and siding, glazes windows, paints and does light framing and finish carpentry.  Evaluates home’s indoor air quality and tightness to determine weatherization needs and appropriate remedies.  Provides job cost estimates and assessments.  Operates power hand tools and insulating machines.  The position is responsible for the rehabilitation work on existing housing in the Tri-County service area.  This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.  The pay is $13.65  to $14.77 per hour.  Position is open until filled.  (Click on position title for complete job description)

Community Engagement Facilitator – Colville, WA
Assesses community needs and readiness, coordinates and implements community awareness programs created by the Program Manager to provide information regarding crime victimization.  The position will also assist the Program Manager in planning and presenting prevention programs to a wide variety of audiences to promote social change.  The Community Engagement Facilitator must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassion for those harmed by abuse, violence or other crimes; passion to advocate for the legal rights of victims; the ability to be a great trainer; and conduct themselves in a professional demeanor.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Relief Driver – Republic, WA
This position drives a 15 – 22 passenger transit vehicle, assists passengers in and out of vehicle, provides transfer assistance to non-ambulatory persons by utilizing mobility aids as necessary, i.e. slider boards and lifts, assists in coordination of routes and schedules, maintains a safe operating environment, maintains comprehensive, accurate and detailed records of all activities.  Must have nine months experience working for a public or private transit agency, one year successful experience in a capacity which required comprehensive record keeping and reporting, verifiable record as a safe driver for the most recent five year period, valid Commercial Driver’s License, valid CDL Physical and acceptable completion of an alcohol and drug screen test that complies with all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Standards.  This is a relief position, 10-15 hours per week, with a starting pay of $15.02 per hour.  Position is open until filled. (Click on position title for complete job description).

Victim Advocate – Colville, WA and Davenport, WA (two separate positions)
This is a full time position and will earn $16.52 – $17.87 / hour DOE, plus benefits. This position provides crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse.  Provides initial eligibility and psycho-social assessments, an integrated safety plan with desired outcomes, follow-up information, and support.  Advocates for the client and provides legal rights and responsibilities information relative to legal proceedings.  Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.  Coordinates services between victims, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges.  Valid driver’s license & criminal history check required.  Position is open until filled.  (Click on position title for complete job description)

Fiscal Director – Colville, WA
Position plans, organizes, and directs the daily administration and operations of the Fiscal Department and coordinates staff input into the fiscal system.  Develops policies and procedures relating to fiscal management and contract compliance.  Responsible for completion of annual Financial Reports, audit and IRS form 990.  Extensive knowledge of finance & GAAP, competence with computer financial applications to include spreadsheets and databases, and experience with government contract/grant program management is a must.  This is a full time exempt position; $4,978.00 – $5,384.00 /month; DOE. Position is open until filled.

Required education experience:   A Master’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or CPA and a minimum of four years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and a minimum six years’ experience with four years of supervisory experience work experience in non-profit preferred.  (Click on position title for complete job description)
